Eevee’s fabulous fashionista, Erin Hushon, guides us through all the fashion winners at last Monday’s uber glamorous Met Gala

Thanks to the annual Met Ball, the last week has been all about beautiful ball gowns. Naturally, I couldn’t wait to see what everyone was wearing, and I have picked out some of the best dressed stars.

1. Victoria and David Beckham

David and Victoria teamed together in a white ensemble looking both classy and summery – bit of difference to their leather matching outfits some years back. David not only looked the part, but he was also a gentleman letting Victoria have her moment that she truly deserves in front of the cameras.

2. Rosie Huntinghton-Whiteley

2011 COSTUME INSTITUTE GALA

Rosie dazzled in a pin showing Balmain dress. She didn’t just stand out for the leg but also because the dress itself was stunning. A inner rock chick made subtle with the make up and hair styling.

3. Anne Hathaway

"Charles James: Beyond Fashion" Costume Institute Gala - Arrivals

Anne complimented her pale skin and dark hair with a straight line red number. With the split up the front of the skirt and the flattering neckline on the top, her outfit showcased new trends that are sure to catch on throughout the next few months.

4. Ashley & Mary Kate Olsen

"Charles James: Beyond Fashion" Costume Institute Gala - Arrivals

The Olsen twins reminded us just how stylish they both are. Remember Two of a kind?  In those days, both girls sported quite a few 90s trends (which will hopefully never be dug up). Now look at them both – all grown up and truly style icons.

5. Sarah Jessica Parker

"Charles James: Beyond Fashion" Costume Institute Gala - Arrivals

SJP will always be fabulous in any style but for me this was a perfect choice. She is channelling an Audrey Hepburn style, classy, minimalist and monochrome. However, it’s not just the dress that makes this outfit rock.  The floral hair accessory and the statement white gloves also add some pizazz.

6. Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds

Another couple that everyone is jealous of. They looked stunning on their own and even more together. Blake went for natural beauty (waves and a girly glittery dress), with her husband looking less clean cut with his designer stubble.

7. The Kardashians

The girls shone bright again. Kendall showed how she really has model potential in a tight-fitting fishtail dress, while older sister Kim went for a more flowing gown with a thigh high split.

8. Beyoncé

Jay-Z-and-Beyonce

B will always impress on the red carpet. Her natural figure is flawless which allows her to wear anything and pull it off. I couldn’t imagine anyone else to pull off her black number especially with the added netted head piece.

9. Suki Waterhouse

The new British model really showed off how she will be taking over the world this coming year. Her dress perfectly matched her skin tone and she pulled off the long train elegantly whilst still looking like a princess.

10.  Stella McCartney designs

Thanks to Stella’s designs, Cara Delevingne, Rihanna, Kate Bosworth and Reese Witherspoon all looked gorgeous with their own personal style. All four represented Stella’s ability to be a worldwide designer and stood out at the event.
It’s only just ended and I can’t wait to find out the theme for next years Met ball.
